What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a highly motivated and talented analyst to join our Investments & Asset Management team. In this role, you will play a critical role in executing investment strategies and supporting capital – raising efforts within the luxury real estate sector. Key responsabilities: Conduct thorough due diligence on new investment opportunities (both desktop and on-site) Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate project feasibility and returns. Repare high-quality pitdecks and investment memorandums for internal and external stakeholders. Ideal candidate: Recently graduated (1 year of experience) or currently enrolled in the final semesters of university.
