  • The Investments Change Manager is expected to:Own and shape the Investments transformation roadmap.
  • Lead multiple complex change initiatives from business case through implementation and BAU.
  • Manage programme governance, budgets, vendors, risks, dependencies and prioritisation.
  • Partner with senior investment stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into deliverable change.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and practical AI adoption across the Investment organisation.
  • Manage and develop Change Managers and Business Analysts.
