JOB SUMMARY:

BNY is seeking an Investments Marketing Manager to join our North America Segment Marketing team supporting the BNY Investments platform. This hybrid role is based in New York City and is responsible for developing and executing strategic, omnichannel marketing programs for targeted audiences including home offices of broker/dealers, independent broker/dealers, and RIAs/advisors. The position partners closely with Strategic Accounts, Sales, Business Intelligence, Corporate Marketing, and Corporate Communications to deliver data-driven, high-impact campaigns that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of asset management experience is preferable with significant experience in investment product marketing/communication.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic communications plans for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Strong writing skills for multiple formats and mediums (print, digital, social) with consistent, relevant messaging.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product, legal/compliance, and digital.
  • Experience managing compliance processes for marketing materials within regulatory guidelines.
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and Canva a plus.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • VP-level marketing or communications role within financial services.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing best practices and performance measurement.
  • Experience supporting broker/dealer or RIA/advisor distribution channels.

Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging digital, events, and other channels to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Intelligence teams to understand personas, pain points, and buyer journeys, using insights to shape targeted campaigns.
  • Lead messaging strategy to connect advisor and investor needs with BNY Investments offerings, driving awareness, familiarity, and conversion.
  • Partner with Content Creators, Product Marketing, and investment firms to develop content aligned with buyer profiles across the sales cycle and distribution channels (B2B2C).
  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications to execute campaign deliverables and promote capabilities in the media.
  • Support client acquisition and retention programs with clear KPIs and ROI-focused strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, refining strategies based on data and market trends.
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and share best-in-class marketing strategies and opportunities.
