PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates will have the following attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree, with 4 to 6 years of progressive experience (private equity or investment banking experience preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce, or another CRM, is a must
• Ability to comfortably interact with senior management (internal & external)
• Ability to consult and influence leaders at all levels
• Ability to prioritize and balance strategic needs with tactical execution
• Exceptional verbal and written skills
• Deep understanding of private equity products
• Ability to think beyond the scope of the IR function and demonstrate a broad business acumen

ROLE OVERVIEW

This position supports the Investor Relations team in its preparation and execution of key deliverables. As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the project management of the IR function.
You will support in Investor Relations key activities (including meetings, road shows, and materials), be responsible for managing the Investor database CRM, support event planning and coordination, and supporting marketing and communication initiatives.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational and project management skills, and relevant finance experience. The candidate must possess the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and successfully demonstrate the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage client database (CRM) to report on all stakeholder engagement, pipelines, and ensuring all data is kept up to date
• Assist with the preparation of fundraising, marketing and due diligence materials (including PPMs, DDQs and data room exhibits) for all fundraising and marketing related matter
• Assist in the preparation and management of investor materials and presentations for meetings/calls, including but not limited to Annual Investor meeting, Semi-Annual Investor update, Annual Leadership Summit, and Limited Partners Advisory Committee meetings
• Coordinate and/or attend investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and events
• Provide support for the firm and platform company marketing and communication deliverables, including but not limited to:
• Assisting in the evaluation and assessment of external brand collateral to ensure consistency across firms and platform
• Assist in the development of promotional content and materials such as newsletters, reports, and online copy
• Assist with the development of Access Holdings podcast series
• Work cross departmentally to ensure communications calendar is aligned
• Participate as needed in the production of the firm’s Quarterly Reporting and investment and valuation processes; keep current on new deals and portfolio companies
• Support new strategic business initiatives across the Access platform
