Our opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Investor Relations Associate to join our Sydney team. In this role you will be responsible for investor relations co-ordination and management of wholesale investors and across Mirvac’s funds and joint ventures.
Supporting investor engagement and investor relationships for wholesale/institutional investors across Mirvac Funds Management
Managing scheduled engagement programs with existing and prospective partners
Maintaining the CRM system to streamline capital interactions.
Coordinating pitch books and materials for client presentations.
Conducting market scans to identify and understand wholesale capital sources.
Supporting any investor queries including DDQ’s and ad-hoc client servicing requests.
Support engagement and in the execution of equity raisings and marketing new investment opportunities
Raising awareness of the Mirvac platform and products
Maintaining timely and accurate record keeping of investor discussions and distilling key insights to the business
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the Mirvac and Mirvac Funds Management products
Your point of difference
You will be professionally qualified and have experience in investor relations, funds management, or broader investment environment specifically supporting investor enquiries and due diligence.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to prepare polished documents, presentations, and data summaries as well as familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar) to support tracking of investor engagement and capital activity processes.
Your written and verbal communication skills, along with organisational, time management and attention to detail will all be of a high standard and you will have the ability to work pro-actively while contributing to a high-performing team.
