Position Title: Investor Relations - Associate (NY) Entity: Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC Employment Type: Full-time Location: New York, NY Summary/Overview: Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join our dynamic and collaborative Investor Relations team. This role will primarily support the US Investor Relations team, contributing to initiatives that advance KBRA’s global investor engagement platform. This position will focus on Structured Finance (SF) and CFG (Corporate, Financial Institutions, and Government Ratings), including Private Credit. KBRA’s Investor Relations function plays a strategic and entrepreneurial role in expanding the firm’s investor reach, developing data-driven engagement strategies, and strengthening relationships across a wide range of institutional investors. About the Job: Support the execution of strategic investor outreach initiatives across multiple asset classes, contributing to both SF and CFG-related activities. Manage and analyze investor data and activity using Excel, Bloomberg, Green Street, other third party platforms and internal dashboards to identify engagement opportunities and inform outreach strategies. Maintain and enhance the team’s Salesforce records, ensuring timely tagging, updates, and accuracy of investor interactions and notes. Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials, trip books, and recap reports for investor meetings, conferences, and outreach events. Contribute to the production of weekly and monthly investor summaries, highlighting key trends, engagement metrics, and cross-team activity. Collaborate closely with colleagues across Investor Relations, Business Development, and analytical teams to coordinate data requests, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions. Help refine and improve data processes and reporting workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency. You will be successful in this role if you have: 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, capital markets, investment research, or investor relations. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Bloomberg. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create polished, professional presentations. Collaborative, resourceful, and self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus. Salary Range: The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $120,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.
