Investor Relations (IR):

• Support ongoing relations with investors, including roadshows, investors conferences and investors’ days
• Manage process in creating annual report, quarterly reports, corporate governance report and remuneration report
• Support organization of the General Assembly and other stakeholder events
• Take administrative tasks in the areas of IR and ESG
• Provide input for corporate / ad-hoc releases and other publications
• Coordinate internal and external project partners
• Maintain and further develop IR website and investor presentation
• Draw-up analyst consensus and run financial calendar
• Prepare audit and remuneration committee meetings
