Proven track record in managing a portfolio of clients and driving business growth. Education Background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications. General Skills Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to self-motivate and inspire others. Willingness to travel as needed. Tools: Familiarity with financial modeling tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot).
