The Role Manage a team of 2-5 people covering a range of Investor Relations functions like Sales Enablement, Client Service and Product Management Support the development of the IR team’s tech infrastructure Assist in the creation of product marketing content (i.e. pitchbooks, monthly reporting, etc.) Assist in firm level diligence and marketing document production Collaborate with team members across the firm to guide the production of monthly and quarterly materials such as credit sheets, portfolio exposures, investor breakdowns, and quarterly letters. Coordinate with our fund administrator, to manage audit confirmations, capital activity, financial statements, and investor profiles. Maintain and reconcile monthly reporting including balances, transactions, statements, and transparency reports. Serve as the primary contact for Citco postings including investor letters and marketing materials. Manage contact updates, sub docs, offering materials, and compliance-related reporting (KYC, ERISA). Ensure timely and accurate distribution of RORs, estimates, and monitoring reports. Maintain organized client folders and ensure all relevant documentation is saved and accessible. The Person Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Salesforce, Backstop, working with an administrator (Citco), Atlas, Intralinks, and Seismic. 8-10 years’ experience in investor relations, client services, or financial operations preferred. Experience in private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investments. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory reporting (e.g., KYC, ERISA). Prior involvement in investor events or marketing content creation.
