ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client is a leading financial services provider with deep roots in the Cayman Islands, specializing in investment and fund management services. As they expand their operations to their Belfast office, they are seeking an experienced Investor Services Manager who can bring expertise and a strategic vision to the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in investor services or a related field, preferably within a financial services environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Cayman Islands regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the investor services team to deliver top-tier client services, including account management, client onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, with a specific focus on Cayman Islands regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, addressing their queries promptly and effectively.
- Oversee the processing of subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and other transactional activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience.
- Implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the investor services team.
- Prepare and present regular reports on department performance to senior management.
