Centennial College’s Assessment Centre is looking for part-time invigilators to work up to 24 hours per week, from Mondays to Sundays, with hours between 8 AM and 9 pm.
Work will primarily take place at Progress Campus (941 Progress Ave) or Downsview Campus (65 Carl Hall Ave).

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous exam invigilation experience with high-stakes exams or in adult education preferred.
• Strong soft skills, including time management, organization, culturally sensitive communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer and technical skills; proficiency may be assessed during the hiring process.
• A clear police background check will be required within one month of hiring.

• Conduct test invigilation in accordance with specific test policies, including lab setup, student check-in, session monitoring, voucher distribution, and documentation of irregularities.
• Provide technical support during tests, liaising with students, staff, and test vendors to resolve issues.
• Respond to student inquiries promptly and accurately via in-person, phone, and email communications.
