ARE YOU A LEVEL II DENTAL ASSISTANT WHO’S ORGANIZED, PEOPLE-FOCUSED, AND READY TO BE THE FACE OF INVISALIGN AT A GROWING, TECH-FORWARD PRACTICE?

We’re looking for a confident, motivated, and detail-oriented Invisalign Coordinator to join our team at Discovery Dental in Ajax.
This is a unique, full-time position that blends administrative case management, patient communication, chairside support, and even a touch of marketing. You’ll be the go-to person for all Invisalign patients—managing their care from their very first scan to the day they pick up their final retainers.
What You’ll Do:

MARKETING & PROMOTION:

• Coordinate with our marketing team on social media, testimonials, and promotions
• Help plan or participate in in-office Invisalign events
• Be a visible, friendly face that makes patients excited about starting their smile transformation

What You’ll Get:

Who We’re Looking For:

• Level II Dental Assistant in Ontario, including the Post-Certification Orthodontic Module
• Comfortable in both front office and clinical settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to multitask without dropping the ball
• Invisalign experience is a bonus—but we’re happy to train the right person
• Familiarity with Open Dental and iTero is an asset (not required)
• A team player who’s motivated, friendly, and eager to grow
