The Invoice Service Coordinator is responsible for performing home health aide coordination and diversified clerical and secretarial duties for Calvary Hospital Hospice. Qualifications: Minimum of four years’ experience in an administrative/clerical capacity is required. Experience in a Hospice, Home Health Agency or Hospital is preferred. Experience in basic bookkeeping principles is required. Ability to type 65 WPM is required. Competency with computers is required. A high level of competence with computer software such as WordPerfect and Lotus (or equivalent) is required. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Prior experience in a busy telephone environment is required. Thorough knowledge of spelling and correct English usage. Education: A High School Diploma is required. A degree or certificate from a Business School Diploma is required. An Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Salary: $52,670.85 COVID-19 vaccination is strongly encouraged for all new hires prior to beginning employment at Calvary Hospital.
