This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Typical work hours will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and working overtime may be required depending on business need. The position is located at Love’s corporate office in Oklahoma City. Job Functions: Review bills of lading (BOLs) and invoicing for accuracy and validity. Contact customers to verify the validity of bills of lading and rate confirmations. Communicate with customers and team members. Handle additional duties as needed. Experience and Qualifications: 1-2 years’ experience in transportation (trucking), billing, invoicing, banking, or customer service environment preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the trucking industry preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
