Job Description Our Brand New Chemist Warehouse on Newmarket Broadway is after a Full-Time Invoicer to join the team! If you've got the Admin & Inventory experience, we want to hear from you!Job Responsibilities Receiving incoming goods, checking for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices Processing invoices & credits   Liaising with supplier and head office  Help unload vehicles, opening packages and removing contents Operating computers to obtain details of location and quantity of items in stock Labelling goods with details of storage location Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels  Skills Have some prior experience with Invoicing/ Inwards goods and/or Inventory  Excellent customer service and communication skills - written, verbal & email etiquette   Ability to work well in a team and autonomously  Strong proactive approach to deadlines and tasks with the ability to multitask   Willingness to learn and grow with the business  Eye for detail and accuracy, data entry and client/supplier care   Previous experience within a retail pharmacy is desirable  Knowledge of pharmacy products and vitamins (not essential)  Why Join Us At Chemist Warehouse, we’re proud of our culture and mission to make healthcare more accessible.
