Job Title: Invoicing & Admin Assistant – Vehicle Breakdown & Recovery
Location: Newport (Head Office – On-site only)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Walls Truck Services Ltd is a well-established recovery and breakdown specialist. We pride ourselves on providing a reliable service across South Wales and beyond, and we’re now looking for an experienced Invoicing & Admin Assistant to join our Newport head office team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in the vehicle recovery/breakdown industry is essential
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Confident using mapping systems and W3W
  • Organised, accurate, and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for accurately invoicing recovery and breakdown jobs, using industry-specific systems and mapping tools. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, confidence with computers, and the ability to support the wider team when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Invoicing vehicle breakdown and recovery jobs accurately and on time
  • Using mapping systems and What3Words (W3W) regularly
  • Data entry, tracking systems, and self-billing processes
  • Supporting the control room as back-up cover when required
  • Liaising with customers and team members to resolve queries
