• Respond to customer questions regarding their invoices. Escalate potential issues to the supervisor;
• Verify information (prices, quantities, taxes, commercial terms);
• Apply the required discounts, rebates, fees, penalties, or adjustments;
• Prepare credit notes in the event of errors or returns;
• Participate in month-end closings while meeting deadlines;
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices;
• Manage disputes involving pricing errors, discrepancies, or duplicate invoices;
• Perform accounts payable department tasks (processing supplier invoices and following up on account statements);
• Collaborate with the Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Accounting teams;
