INVOICING CLERK/LOGISTICS

We are a growing packaging and distribution company and are looking for a dynamic, experienced individual to join our logistics team.
· Respond to sales & customer inquiries by phone/e-mail regarding daily shipments;
· Prepare, process and verify shipping documents;
· Schedule transportation with carriers, track status for pick ups and deliveries and follow up with any issues;
· Other administrative tasks
The qualifications sought for the position are:
· Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills;
· Excellent English & French communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Good knowledge of Microsoft & QuickBooks (an asset)
· Team player, with strong interpersonal skills & ability to work independently.
· Experience in Logistics preferred.
Job Type:
· Full-time (35-40 Hours)
