We are searching for an Invoicing and Data Management Specialist to join our Finance Team! Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented and a serious multitasker. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: You will serve as a gateway for new accounts being set up on EDI invoicing and ensures new customers are appropriately setup in ABS to correctly receive their invoicing You will build, document and maintain Customer Invoice Matrix You will work with Sales Operations to integrate, maintain and enhance the relationship between Sales and Finance You will perform billing for key customers on weekly or monthly basis You will ensure Data Processing procedures are followed with quarterly re-routes/transfers You will drive value and manage projects focused on streamlining the back-office functions You will continually suggest and implement process improvements You will be the back-up for customer care associates and first point of contact for Customer Care escalation calls Requirements WHAT YOU’LL REQUIRE: Associate's degree or required equivalent related work experience 4 years of customer service experience required Proven working knowledge of MS Office is required. Knowledge of in-house computer programs preferred Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to solve complex customer service issues Good working knowledge and skill in operating computers, data entry and office equipment, etc. required Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently under limited supervision Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Why Choose Nixon Medical?
