We are now looking for an Invoicing Team Lead to join us either in the Helsinki or Stockholm office.
Working as an Invoicing Team Lead at Roschier
Our invoicing team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations at Roschier. With eight dedicated invoicing and collection professionals, the team ensures accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all invoicing and collection services.
As the Invoicing Team Lead, you will oversee a centralized invoice and collection team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to all Operating teams. You will play a key role in managing invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while fostering collaboration within the team. This role combines leadership with hands-on operational responsibility, as you will be actively involved in invoicing alongside your team. You will be located at either our office in central Stockholm or central Helsinki and be a part of a cross-border team, working with colleagues in both Finland and Sweden.

Key responsibilities
Lead and support a team of eight invoicing and collection professionals, driving performance and engagement
Oversee end-to-end invoicing processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
Perform invoicing tasks directly, ensuring timely and precise billing
Implement effective credit control and collection strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables
Maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to continuously improve invoice and collection operations
Take responsibility for the daily operations of the invoicing team while identifying opportunities for process development.
Develop and implement enhancements to ensure the function evolves to better serve clients and business needs

Proven experience in invoicing, credit control, and collection management; hands-on experience in invoicing processes
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Finnish or Swedish
