about the role
Chevron Australia has an exciting opportunity as we stand up a team ofIntegrated Operations and Control Centre (IOCC) Technicians who will be responsible for remote control room operations of our Wheatstone Offshore Platform from Perth. Reporting to the Remote Operations Manager, this permanent role will be based in our Australian head office in Elizabeth Quay in Perth and will work an even time shift roster (seven on, seven off including night shift).
We are seeking experienced Operations Technicians to monitor and control platform plant and processes using Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and other advanced tools. The primary responsibility is to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the offshore facility. The role involves close collaboration with platform production and maintenance teams located offshore, providing essential support for maintenance activities on the Wheatstone Platform.
