Bachelor's degree At least 7 years of sales and/or marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. In-field case support experience supporting procedures Must be comfortable interacting with and influencing all levels of leadership. Ability to work independently and prioritize direction from several leaders. Comfortable and effective facilitating training and discussions. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills Willingness to travel up to 60% Advanced level knowledge on embolization procedures A deep understanding of Interventional Radiologists and hospital/competitive landscape. Field Sales Trainer or Area Sales Coach experience MBA or other advanced degree Experience creating training strategies and materials required. Experience facilitating training courses. Proven experience delivering sales results. Interaction with hospital administration and physicians.
