Description Full-Time Counselor (LCDC/LCDC-I) – SUD Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Recovery Unplugged Treatment Center – Austin, TX At Recovery Unplugged, we do things differently. Using the power of music alongside evidence-based clinical care, we help individuals break through barriers, connect emotionally, and build lasting recovery. We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Full-Time Counselor to join our growing Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team in Austin, TX. If you are passionate about helping individuals struggling with addiction and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions for clients in recovery Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team Support clients through all phases of treatment and discharge planning Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with referral sources and outside providers as needed Participate in clinical supervision, staffing, and multidisciplinary team meetings Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment Schedule Evenings Why Recovery Unplugged? Requirements Qualifications LCDC-CI Masters Degree Experience working in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment preferred IOP experience is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for helping individuals achieve long-term recovery Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
