As an iOS Engineer in our Support Funnel Team, you’ll help design and build the next generation of self-service and support experiences inside the Wolt app. From beautiful widgets to intelligent context-capturing flows, you’ll play a key role in reshaping how millions of users get help with their orders—on their terms.
We’re taking a big leap: moving toward a conversation-driven UI, where support feels like a natural chat—seamlessly blending automated solutions with real human connection. Your mission? Craft smooth, elegant, and context-aware iOS features that empower users while giving our Customer Support Associates time to focus on the truly complex cases.

What You’ll Do
Build and ship elegant, intuitive iOS features that power our self-service and support flows.
Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product thinkers to bring ideas to life.
Help define architecture and best practices for the Support experience on iOS.
Work hands-on with Swift, SwiftUI, and modern Apple frameworks.
Contribute to the vision of a chat-first support interface—rich in widgets, animations, and smart context.
Monitor app health and performance using real-world telemetry data.
Advocate for great UX and seamless native experience across all customer journeys.

What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience building high-quality iOS applications, with a strong command of Swift and SwiftUI.
A testing-first mindset—you take full ownership of the development lifecycle, from writing features to ensuring they’re bug-free, shipped, and functioning in the hands of users.
Hands-on experience with monitoring production apps and troubleshooting real-world issues.
A habit of staying up to date with the latest advancements in the Apple ecosystem.
A love for creating beautiful animations and interactions (you’ll be working closely with our Motion Designer).
Strong communication skills—clear, thoughtful, and collaborative.
Comfortable navigating cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and disciplines.

We’re a remote first company, at the same time some members of the team live in Helsinki, so when it works for your schedule, you will have a chance to spend some time all together in our beautiful Helsinki office.
