You'll work closely with regional Heads of Sales and their leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor and challenger to drive revenue growth and margin improvement. Your work will involve leading planning and target-setting activities, providing insightful analysis to influence decision-making, and ensuring accurate performance reviews for key customers. You'll prepare monthly business reviews with clear, actionable insights, manage month-end close processes, and spearhead process simplification projects across IoT Finance. This is a dynamic role where your expertise will help transform data into strategy and deliver measurable impact. We're looking for someone who brings a mix of experience, curiosity, and drive to make a real impact: A qualified accountant with 5+ years of business experience Strong ability to build and challenge relationships with senior stakeholders Proven track record in driving profitability and performance improvements An agent for change with an inquisitive mindset and a passion for innovation Excellent analytical and numeracy skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can simplify complex processes
