Description

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business or Technical university degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10 years+ successful marketing/sales/sales management with track record in acquisition of new customers, preferably in the B2B business
  • Ideally, experience in sales of software products or solutions in the logistics or forwarding sector
  • Management experience (including virtual) demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and the ability to influence and inspire teams
  • A proven track record of building relationships and being able to represent a company’s interests at top management level of partners
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to strategically and operationally lead a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to process and strategically use complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • High degree of business acumen in regards to business and go-to-market strategy, solution sales skills.
  • Very good understanding of business organization and processes as basis develop the organization further in line with new business aspirations and challenges
Responsibilities
  • Focus exclusively on acquiring new customers, while existing customer maintenance is managed by Account Managers.
  • Build and lead a specialized sales team focused on new customer acquisition in the DACH region.
  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies to penetrate the market with our IoT track and trace solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Consultants within the IoT Solutions Business Line, Marketing, and Sales to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to deepen knowledge of product solutions, ensuring informed consulting and successful sales discussions.

Deliverables and KPIs:

  • Generate Order Intake
  • Generate one-time and recurring revenue
  • Use targeted marketing and personalized sales pitches to boost order intake
  • Enabel strong relationships with new customers to foster repeat business and referrals, supporting sustained revenue growth
