Social Telecoms specialise in providing telecoms, mobile voice and data, hosted telephony, Wi‑Fi, and data infrastructure solutions for both public and private sector customers. We’re currently offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to build a rewarding career in IT and telecoms sales.
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated IoT Sales Representative to help drive growth by promoting and selling our IoT connectivity products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to launch or build a career in tech sales while working with cutting-edge communication technologies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in technology, telecom, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with the cellular industry and a solid understanding of IoT solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies, especially IoT, telecommunications, and connected devices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities specifically within the IoT market, targeting industries.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their IoT needs and challenges, and present tailored connectivity and device solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including technical and business stakeholders, to drive sales of IoT products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer requirements and ensure successful IoT solution implementations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain complex IoT concepts in simple, customer-friendly terms.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay current on IoT industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position your solutions.
  • Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
