VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery within the Internet of Things (IoT) domain. This role is central to the newly formed IoT Digital team and will be responsible for embedding agile practices across all IoT enablement and application projects. The individual will work closely with technical delivery leads, solution architects, integration engineers, and developers to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery of IoT solutions. The role demands strong technical understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to coach teams in agile methodologies. What you will do Take end-to-end ownership of establishing agile values, principles, and practices for IoT project delivery. Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and release planning. Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and ensure consistent practices across workstreams. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to ensure effective execution of IoT projects. Manage stakeholder and vendor interfaces, ensuring transparency and alignment. Ensure proper use of CDI tools such as Jira, GIT, Confluence, and Jenkins for project tracking and documentation. Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure visibility of progress and milestones. Track and report agile metrics including velocity, burn down, risks, and timelines to support data-driven decisions. Who you are Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Practitioner with proven experience in agile project delivery. Skilled in managing complex software and IoT projects using agile methodologies. Strong understanding of IoT technologies, architecture, and software development for internet, mobile, or communications platforms. Technically proficient with the ability to understand architecture and source code. Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Proficient in agile collaboration tools such as Jira, GIT, Confluence, and Jenkins. Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Oracle Databases, ITIL, SOA, cloud platforms, and data warehousing. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving continuous improvement. Fluent in English (B2 or above); additional languages are an advantage. Not a Perfect Fit?
