Job description

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with radiocommunication networks used for IoT communication, Bluetooth, WiFi, BLE, Zigbee, Z-Wave
• Experience working with smart home devices and systems
• Designing and leading solutions end-to-end across device integration into systems and having a holistic view of the entire ecosystem from hardware devices to portals for solution management

VALUE-ADDED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with the open standards Matter and Thread
• Experience in domains such as compliance and regulatory impacts.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field OR equivalent experience.

• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in designing hardware and/or software for IoT and embedded systems
• 3+ years of experience in leading technical projects.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

• Vision Alignment: Understand the vision of digital product leaders, covering the overall application portfolio and business priorities. Design robust architectures and solutions, including third-party solutions, that match this vision.
• Modernization Roadmap: Apply your technical knowledge and business insights to guide through their modernization roadmap.
• Solution Design: Architect solutions to meet business needs, ensuring the technical feasibility of new projects and successful deployments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other Solution Architects and stakeholders to ensure all solutions adhere to the Technology Architecture, exhibiting high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
• Architectural Design Sessions: Lead sessions to build an implementation plan aligned with business goals and technical environment, resulting in consensus on solution design and the next steps toward production.
• Continuous Learning: Maintain and share technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights within the technical community.
