The IoT Solutions team at Telia Finland is growing to meet increasing customer demands. To support this expansion, we’re looking to add more IoT Solution Managers to our team. As a Solution Manager, you’ll design innovative solutions and oversee the onboarding and ongoing success of our most important clients within the Telia Company IoT domain.
We provide IoT connectivity and devices to a wide array of customers, IoT solutions to Smart Public Transport and Industrial customers and Crowd Insights to customers interested in human mobility. We are, for example, connecting Kempower’s EV charging stations and Ponsse’s forest machine’s globally, delivering automatic passenger counting and ecodriving services to Pohjolan liikenne and providing insights on how people visit Porvoo’s old town and events.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’ re looking for person who is customer-oriented with strong business focus. You have positive and solution-oriented attitude with structure way of working and ability to drive progress. Technically interested must have on this role, ideally with experience from the telecoms or IT arena - ideally Internet of Things and Smart Public Transportation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Solution selling and pre-sales activities
• Strong understanding of customer and business value creation
• Fluent in Finnish and English both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge and experience with agile processes and familiarity with project initiation in hybrid agile approach
• Proactive in driving own areas of responsibility
• Ability to establish and sustain internal as well as external relations
• Experience of IoT solution products and Data products
• Ability to Support Business Management in building and launching new offerings
• Mobile and other connectivity networks
• Hardware and device knowledge
• IP skills, OSI-model, Routing & Protocols
• API & Cloud integration
• IT security, privacy
• University degree/Master´s degree in relevant field or equivalent education
• Have worked in customer implementation projects before, or similarHave led technical project teams
