REQUIREMENTS - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one state. - A technical background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering. - Experience in intellectual property law, particularly in drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, network management, mobile communications and cloud computing. - Registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is a significant advantage. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to navigate complex technical and legal information. - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
