Job Description The IP Catalaogue Acquisition Lawyer will be responsible for managing all catalogue acquisition processes within France, with a possible marginal activities in the UK), ensuring efficient and legally sound execution of transactions. The role requires strong expertise in intellectual property (IP) laws and M&A transactions, with a focus on supporting the scalability of the business while ensuring adherence to Group legal standards and best practices. KEY RESPONISBILITIES Provide expert legal advice and support throughout all catalogue acquisition processes mainly in France (with possible marginal activities in the UK).
