You are a collaborative and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in telecoms and IT. You possess deep knowledge of TCP/IP technologies and protocols, and you are comfortable working in virtual teams and with multinational clients. You are passionate about improving network systems and mentoring others through hands-on guidance. Strong understanding of network systems in Fixed and Mobile Data Communication. Comprehensive knowledge of hardware/software lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and optimisation. Expertise in TCP/IP technologies and protocols. Ability to work effectively in virtual and multicultural teams. Engineering degree in telecommunications, IT, or a related field. General technical knowledge in telecoms and IT. Understanding of system interconnections across network and other domains. Experience managing project budgets, potentially exceeding €1M. Develop hardware and software specifications for network systems based on client requirements. Implement and integrate new technologies to expand network capabilities. Coordinate complex network-related projects. Support and mentor new engineers to enhance their technical competencies. Development of automation and handover documentation for operational excellence.
