In this Legal Secretary role, you will provide essential support to patent prosecution attorneys by managing administrative tasks and ensuring timely and accurate preparation of patent-related documentation. The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of experience supporting patent prosecution attorneys.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal secretary, specifically in patent prosecution support roles.
• Strong knowledge of patent prosecution and USPTO filing procedures.
• Experience with patent docketing systems and document preparation.
• Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
