Come join the leader in advanced EV batteries! www.lgenergymi.com [http://www.lgenergymi.com/] Summary:   We are currently seeking an IP Paralegal and Office Manager to join our in-house corporate office to support our DC-based intellectual property team. The ideal candidate is a versatile individual who is comfortable wearing many hats and adapting to changing priorities across a wide range of disciplines. Native-level or near-native fluency in both Korean and English is required, as this role will regularly interface with colleagues, partners, and leadership in Korea. A strong understanding of Korean business culture and professional norms is essential to success in this position. Responsibilities: * Assist with legal and patent data/document management, including creating and maintaining electronic files for patent and other intellectual property * Collaborate with multiple teams across LG Group affiliates and/or outside counsel in support of various projects * Serve as a key liaison between the DC office and Korea-based teams, leveraging cultural and linguistic fluency to ensure effective communication across time zones * Provide office management/administrative support, including processing invoices, ordering office supplies and equipment, managing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating vendor relationships, and executing internal and external meetings and events * Represent the company in a professional manner consistent with both U.S. and Korean corporate standards * Participate in occasional evening calls with Korea-based counterparts as needed to accommodate time zone differences * Support the in-house attorney team with other company projects and functions as needed * While this role is primarily on-site five days a week, there is flexibility for occasional remote days and adjusted hours with management approval.
