Job Description As a Product Manager for Semiconductor IP products, you will play an important role in driving the success of the Chinese IP business by leading product launch strategy, customer engagement and ecosystem development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in both China and Germany, including the sales & FAEs, development and management team, to identify opportunities, accelerate time-to-market, and ensure that our products meet mega technical trend and regional specific needs. In this role, you act at the interface between the market, customers, and engineers to define products that are both technologically leading and commercially successful. You carefully observe market and technology trends as well as the competition to recognize potential at an early stage and align our products for the future. Regularly, you present your results and strategies to internal and external committees as well as at trade fairs and conferences to share our vision and convince stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic management of semiconductor IP portfolio with global PRM team, define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals, market needs. Drive growth through market intelligence, identifying gaps and opportunities via customer insights, competitive analysis, coverage studies, and vehicle application trends. Translate findings into actionable plans for product expansion and new product development. Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing to ensure smooth product launches Support marketing and branding initiatives, delivering product positioning, technical content, and supporting go-to-market strategies that enhance customer experience and brand presence. Act as a subject matter expert and team collaborator, sharing insights, supporting colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement and innovation across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, product management, preferably in the semiconductor industry (e.g IP company or SoC / MCU company) Practical knowledge or hands-on experience with communication technology (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, etc.) is highly desirable. Experience with CAN, GTM is a plus. Shows strong customer empathy, accurately identifies customers’ underlying needs, and effectively influences customers through deep technical expertise and hands-on experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear presentations and documents. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, ownership, and a results-driven approach. High level of social competence and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams. International experience or exposure is a plus.
