Job Description We are currently looking Senior Telecom/Collab Admin our Qatar operations. Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Communications Engineering. Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecom Systems support . Experience in financial institutions is a plus. Professional training on the relevant systems. Required Special Skills : Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Self-driven with well-developed leadership and team-building skills. IP Telephony systems • PSTN / PRI / SIP telephony lines • ADSL lines • Voice recording systems • Video conferencing systems Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Customer (Internal & External): Handles efficiently & effectively the bank’s Telecom systems and services that extend to all users Maintains relationships with selected vendors for Telecom hardware & software for proper handling & support of telecom equipment/services Maintains effective relationship with all other related departments & units to achieve the Group’s goals & objectives in Telecom systems availability & monitoring. Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
Responsibilities
The administrator will manage and maintain the bank's telecom systems and services to ensure optimal availability and performance. They are also responsible for maintaining effective relationships with vendors and internal departments to support hardware and software needs.
