The role The Shipping Clerk will plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements. This position is also responsible for maintaining logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders. This position will require the ability to navigate customer specific web-based programs, and Word, Excel, and Outlook. Location: Westminster MA Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm As a Shipping Clerk at IPLS you will: Manage customer freight system; specifically Ace, Orgill, custom orders, and any that are later assigned. Manage all current online freight confirmations. Print all shipping paperwork, BOL, packing list, etc. Manage all EDI and ASN compliant customers. • Compile all paperwork to be returned to office for billing. Complete all Home Depot paperwork and send to shipping locations (RRF). Continuously monitor ‘Back Orders’ and reserving them as the items become available. Support Shipping Department with phone, email, administrative Responsibilities, and check-in drivers. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager/supervisor in charge. Other duties as assigned.
