Description

Primary function is to deliver high quality patient care while producing diagnostic radiographs, and performing and/or assisting physicians in interventional/invasive procedures. Maintains records, films and paperwork. Prepares, maintains and operates radiologic and special procedure equipment in a safe and responsible manner, following appropriate radiation safety guidelines. This is for a full time Interventional Radiology Technologist position for Temple Main & Women's & Families. This position requires rotating to both Temple Hospitals and requires rotating weekday & weekend call. Must have ARRT/RT and BLS. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Non Degree Program Graduate from a two-year AMA approved radiologic technology program Preferred Experience 2 years experience as a dedicated VIR Technologist in an interventional radiology department Required Licenses Reg Technologist (R) Required Basic Life Support Required Reg Technologist (VI) Preferred Reg Technologist (CV) Preferred
