As the Internal Account Team Leader, you will manage relationships with all internal partners across Sales, Client Services, Claims and lead generation partners. You will also be expected to drive and manage lead generation and report across all internal departments.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service to our internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Identify and initiate contact with new key stakeholders across the business at various levels.
Manage and implement reporting of referrals and sales per department
Manage inquiries and requests from various internal stakeholders Report and manage incentive payments on successful referrals.
