Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
what you’ll be doing
We are on the hunt for a Category Management extraordinaire who will be accountable for leading across our Irish business for a 8 month FTC. You’ll be engaging directly with customers to bring our Category Vision to life, and help innocent on its way to delivering 1 billion more portions of fruit & veg.

• Proven track record working as an effective Category Manager
• Experience working with Nielsen & Kantar data

you’ll get

• To bring our Category Vision & brand plans to life with our Irish customers
• To become a key member of the Irish innocent team, inputting into key leadership forums ensuring that the Category is at the heart of our decision making
• To become a member of the European “Cat Bev” community, sharing, contributing & learning Category Development best practise across the business
• Involved in the Ireland Annual Business Planning cycle
• To work cross-functionally with the likes of Insights, Commercial, Shopper, Brand & Portfolio, RGM on the daily
• The opportunity to work with some absolute legends
