POSITION SUMMARY

Our Irish Field Service Team currently includes four Field Service Engineers (FSEs), operating across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. With a new legal entity established in ROI and a robust business case in place, we’re entering a pivotal growth phase.
As Ireland Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role—60% focused on daily operational management and 40% on business development and strategic expansion within ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Engineering/Maintenance Qualification (Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing)
• 2+ years in a line management role
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment or related fields
• IOSH/SMSTS/SSSTS or equivalent H&S Certification

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Strong Leadership, Team-building and coaching skills
• Commercial Awareness and client-facing experience
• CMMS and Microsoft Office Proficiency
• Valid Driving Licence
• Familiarity with business practices across ROI and NI
