Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of solutions. Conduct interactive training sessions that empower clients to maximize their use of our products. Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with industry trends and new technology developments. Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for helping clients succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues. A tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
