Your Role As an Irish Speaking Support Specialist, you will manage customer communications through various channels, delivering high-quality service and solutions. Your communication skills and customer-centric approach will help build strong relationships with our Irish clients and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries in Irish via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues. Keep up to date with company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively. Contribute ideas to improve customer support processes and service quality. Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is beneficial. Experience in customer support or related roles is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
