Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a motivated iRobot Support Specialist fluent in Dutch to join our remote team based in Bulgaria. In this role, you will provide expert customer support for iRobot products, assisting Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and technical issues from the comfort of your home. Your Role As an iRobot Support Specialist, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional support via phone, email, and chat to Dutch customers. You will troubleshoot technical problems, guide users through product features, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and effectively to Dutch-speaking customers’ inquiries regarding iRobot products. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support across multiple communication channels. Document all interactions and issues accurately in the CRM system. Work closely with product and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of iRobot products, software updates, and policies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer support quality. Fluency in Dutch (both verbal and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably with consumer electronics. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical information clearly. Comfortable working remotely with excellent self-management and communication skills. Proficiency with CRM software and common support tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to quality service delivery.
