Description:
Responsibilities:
- All tasks are to be carried out to SPM HSE policies, procedures and lean principles.
- Report any accident, near miss or environmental issue to your Supervisor immediately.
- SPM Work Instructions/SOPS are to be followed at all times.
- Carry out all duties of an Iron Technician Trainee.
- Strip down, service, repair and inspection of general flowline equipment, Plug Valves, Swivels and Check Valves.
- Carry out Gauge, MPI and wall thickness inspection of all equipment to SPM or Customer standards.
- Complete rental loadouts from Iron Request Forms.
- Recording of serial numbers and scheduling of inspections within Asset Management Program (AMP).
- Use of SPM RFID system to check-in and identify assets.
- Always maintain a high level of housekeeping within workshop cells.
- Prioritise tasks to meet internal and external customer needs.
- Complete Forklift, Gantry Crane and Abrasive Wheels training.
- Any other duties as required by your Supervisor.
- You may be required to work offsite in the UK and overseas.
