We’re seeking a seasoned and bilingual Ironwork Field Manager with 10+ years of industry experience to lead our steel erection crews and drive successful on-site execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires deep trade knowledge, strong communication skills in Spanish and English, and the ability to work closely with project managers to keep jobs running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of structural steel erection or ironwork experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Expert-level understanding of rigging, bolting, layout, blueprint reading, and OSHA safety standards
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Proven ability to coordinate with office teams, subcontractors, and general contractors
• CDL and/or rigging certifications are a plus

• Lead and manage field erection crews, ensuring safe and efficient job site performance
• Determine the most effective means and methods for steel installation on each project
• Collaborate with project managers to align field work with project objectives and timelines
• Take detailed and accurate field measurements on new and active projects
• Maintain strict quality control, ensuring all work meets or exceeds specifications
• Monitor and improve field efficiency, crew productivity, and task delegation
• Oversee truck and equipment maintenance, coordinating timely service and repairs
• Communicate clearly and consistently in both Spanish and English
