Position Summary The General Foreperson must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work. Primary Responsibilities Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost efficient method Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information Qualifications · Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience · NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred) · Supervisory experience (Preferred) Physical Requirements · Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Grasping, Feeling, Repetitive Motions Moving forward together We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
