Helpers need to be physically strong, agile, and have a good sense of balance. They also need to be able to understand and carry out written and oral instructions and work cooperatively with others.

Independent Contractor Status: Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of Company. Contractor is not entitled to any employee benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement benefits, or paid time off.
Tools: Each worker must bring their own toolbox and personal tools: List will be provided post-offer letter.
Dress Code: Workers should always present themselves in a clean and professional manner. Steel toe work boots, long sleeve shirt, denim jeans or work jeans.
