Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and physically capable Irrigation Laborer to join our field crew. This is an entry-level, hands-on position with strong growth potential. You will begin by assisting with daily irrigation installations and repairs. After approximately 6 months to one year of proven performance, dependable employees may have the opportunity to train as a Jr Technician, completing work orders and become a Jr Sales Technician conducting customer consultations, designing irrigation systems, and closing sales.
